Trade journal
Write down why, while you remember.
Prices are easy to look up later. Your reasoning is not. Log each decision with the reason behind it and what would change your mind, tag it, and review the pattern on a calm day.
A record of your thinking, not a record of advice.

Start with why you acted, not what the price did. A sentence or two is enough. Entries are saved in this browser only.

Method
A journal worth keeping
- Write before the outcome is known. A reason written afterwards is a story. A reason written beforehand is evidence.
- Name the exit condition. The “what would change my mind” field is the most useful line you will write.
- Tag by reason, not by symbol. Tags such as plan, rebalance or mistake let you review patterns across holdings.
- Back it up yourself. Entries live in this browser. Export the CSV now and then, since clearing site data deletes them.
